The
charterer of a bare boat is required to place
a deposit -which is fully and immediately refudable
at the end of the charter- to cover the deductible
of the insurance.
- All
the yachts are fully insured and are inspected
every year by the Hellenic Register of Shipping.
- The
bare boats are provided to the charterer fully
equipped with safety and navigation gear as
well as cooking and eating utensils and linen,
also thoroughly cleaned.
- Provision
can be made for the hire of a skipper, cook
or hostess, spinnaker, outboard, windsurfer
as well as speedboats, skies, and diving equipment.
- On
the bare boats the charterer pays for fuel,
water, cooking gas and other provisions. Fuel,
water and cooking gas tanks will be full upon
embarkation

- The
crewed yacht rates cover all operational expenses
of the vessel, such as crew’s wages, food and insurance
of yacht and crew.
- Rates
do not include for both categories: meals and liquors,
passenger’s personal laundry, Corinth canal dues (if
used) and fuel.
- The
reservation of the yacht becomes final only upon receipt
of the signed agreement together with the necessary
deposit.

The charter Agreement form used, is the official approval
of the National Tourist Organization of Greece together
with the Greek Ministry of Merchant Marine and affords
fullest possible protection to the charterer.
- Provisions
for refund in case of cancellation are specified in
the Charter Agreement.
- Passenger’s
meals, may be arranged by the charterer, or by us
through a provisioning list on a cost basis.
- In
order to charter a bare boat, one of the charterers
must hold a skipper’s license or certificate from
a recognized yacht club or government authority vouching
for their qualification.
- On
bare boats the checking in and the checking out of
the yacht is done by an experienced person together
with the skipper/charterer, in accordance with the
